As you know, I created this website for a class I am taking at James Madison University. Just because we are close to the end of the semester DOESN’T mean that I am not going to continue work on the site. I have loyal fans at home, as well as all over the country. I frequently receive feedback from EZCF users about the site and its content. I feel that this project is going too well and too far into production to cease all activity, so keep in touch and check out the site frequently!

On another note, the holidays are closer then ever! Remember that I made a Holiday Season page for recipes dedicated specifically to the holidays, so be sure to check that out.

Whats up everyone? Just finished designing the new EZCFood t-shirts, hats, and mugs. Go to the EZCF Merchandise link to order. Here’s a look at the long sleeve. It comes in 5 different colors: white, grey, sand, pink, and blue. Below is the official logo of EZCF that is printed on all merchandise.

Yesterday I was surfing the web trying to find some cool videos on cooking seafood. This one in particularly seemed to be pretty cool…check it out!

Tips for Seafood

Good news everyone: each of the sub-categories under EZCFood Recipes now have at least 2 dish recipes. As you know, the site is still in the early stages of its growth but we are getting further each and everyday.

Be sure to check out the new Grilled Shrimp Scampi recipe, thanks to my wonderful grand-mother and loyal fan!

As you know the site is still under construction, BUT there is good news: under the EZCF Recipes menu, each type of fish now has at least 2 recipes posted! Go and check it out! Feel free to leave feedback on favorite recipes or ideas for new ones. I want this site to be about the community as much as possible so give me ideas for dishes you want to see on here!
